Is this merely ovulation or what? pls help urgently

I went to the bathroom yesterday and noticed a pink vagina discharge when i wiped. There was discharge on my pant as well. Meanwhile, I just concluded my 5-day period 8days ago although I noticed some spotting when I wipe about 2 days after the end of my period but I thought it was not serious because it may be remains from the period.
However, I've had unprotected short sex about twice after my period although he didnt *** inside me. The first sex was the third day of my period and the second one was about 2,days after my period I think.
Also, I have an history of toilet disease which makes my vagina area itch me frequently but it hasn't been itching for about 2,weeks now.
Additionally, I have an history of serious cramps that affects from my anus area to my vagina and makes it difficult to bend or even walk. This issue happened last a month ago and my scan result showed I had an hemorrhagic left cyst. My doctor placed me on treatment and after a week, another scan showed the cyst was gone and the pain was gone too.
Please help me as I'm worried about what this pink discharge may mean. Could it be just ovulation as my last period was from 3rd to 8th of this month or what?
Thanks

Hello,

There are numerous reasons why you could be experiencing this. One would be Pelvic Inflammatory disease (PID). I would certainly see a gyn and ask for some tests and also an early pregnancy test as well.

Well, I am no doctor, but I would say even a doctor would have a hard time giving you an answer.  I am not familiar with the term "toilet disease"  so I am not sure if that could cause the discharge.   I do know pregnancy often causes some very brief spotting going by my own experience,  Whether the sex was short, as you indicated, or long, would make no difference as far as getting pregnant is concerned,  either would pulling out "in time" as long before that there are pesky little sperm swimming about.   There may be millions and millions of them but for pregnancy you only need one.

Anyway, you'll have your answer soon enough, and if you aren't pregnant I wouldn't worry about a little spotting, unless it keeps happening.
