Worried about General bodily symptoms

So, I went through a bad time a while back and stupidly started abusing medication. I was regularly taking 20 to 30 paracetamol at a time, most days for weeks, perhaps longer.

Now im starting to get some symptoms. My right hand has turned yellow, left not kind of  but not really. I have bright red fingertips when clenching my first on both hands and have white bumps on the joints closest to my fingertips.

I've also still got the depression but have started to feel extremely anxious and have felt very fatigued and unenergized as of late. My blood pressure is raised, regularly around 140/90 and sometimes higher and I've started noticing some black specks but especially later what I can only describe as sort of what looks like raw pieces of meat or little squares of red pepper and tomato in my stool. I eat no peppers or tomatos so it can't be That?

You should talk to a doctor and get your liver function tested.

You are lucky you didn't die from liver failure. You might want to try NAC (N-acetylcysteine) and milk thistle to help liver function.
