adrenalin....burning skin/nerves?
can a surge of adrenaline make you feel like ur nerves and skin is buring all over your body for a couple minutes?
sometimes when i get a panic attack my whole body tingles and almost burns, it comes in a wave and then the panic attack is gone, maybe your experiencing similar?
I think it depends on the severity of it but, it can also happen from exercising to your limit. It seems a bit odd though, maybe discuss it with a doctor or someone who has knowledge of fitness and adrenaline in general.
