Is this consistent with CSF leakage or something else?

was sent to an ENT by my primary for a water-like red colored discharged which has been leaking from my left nostril for about 3 days quite frequently. The leakage is worse when I lean over or tilt my head. (I have a history of chronic sinusitis and have had sinus surgery years ago.) The ent asked for me to provide a sample of the discharge which wasn't quite simple; all I had to do was lean over. He used a prope and suction to look and sent the sample to the lab and had me get a CT scan of my sinuses. He suspects I could have a left sided CSF leak. I have a history of migraines so my head always bothers me and I have been slightly disoriented. I am aware that nasal CSF leaks are rare so I am doubtful that I have one; also the leakage is waterlike but very red and not clear. (It has been getting more red by the days.) I have looked at my CT scan but cannot find anything with my beginners eye. Is this a common course for CSF leaks to progress? Anything else this could be or any suggestions or things I shouldn't look out for? Thanks! (21 year old female healthy BMI occasional alcohol and no illicit drug use.)
