blood didn't come out during blood draw, needle reuse?

The nurse initially tried taking blood from my left arm. She inserted the needle in my elbow area and pushed the collection tube in and no blood came out. She moved it a bit and still nothing so she said she would try the right arm.

She got new supplies and tried my right arm and immediately blood came out.

I'm concerned she reused a needle/vacutainer for my left arm and thus no blood came out because of a clot/negative pressure in the tube.
I don't know what to do and i cant stop thinking about it. I'm considering going back to the clinic and sharing my concerns but i feel like they'll obviously tell me nothing was reused because they want to protect themselves.

Medical professionals do NOT re-use needles.  The potential liability related to them doing so far outweighs the few cents in supply costs they'd save.  No one re-uses needles anymore.  This is a common occurrence - they always have difficulty hitting a vein in my right arm to draw blood, but usually have success with my left arm.
