could i have a bowel obstruction

I had my gallbladder removed 6 weeks ago after years of pain in the night. The stabbing under my right shoulder blade was constant and I began vomitting green bile. My doctor showed me a picture with flanks of scar tissue. My attacks worsened after surgery. I stay away from fatty foods and eat very litlle with fear of an attack. In the last week I have had alot of  pain. Once it was similiar to my gallbladder pain but on the left side. More troubling has been the pain on my lower right side above my hip bone. The pain was so sever the other night I went to the E.R. It comes and goes, mostly still at night. i have no heartburn but I do have nausea. It feels like a pinching at times and then a terrible cramping. I feel weak and tired. Sometimes I feel a small lump on the right. At the Er they checked my white blood cells, did an abdominal xray, checked urine, and a pelvic ultrasound. I had a ct scan with contrast about a month ago and all have come back normal. The only thing they found this time was constipation. I hear very loud noises all of the sudden  coming from my stomach and I feel bubbling of air. I dont pass gas or go to the bathroom. The gave me " go lightly" to drink yesterday. I drank half the bottle and went to sleep with no bowel movement. I woke up and had a bowel movement, drank the rest and went to the bathroom a couple times but not what you would expect from a severely constipated person.
Im concerned about an obstruction or ulcer but Ive had so many tests. I feel awful and will see my doctor tomorrow.
Could I still have an obstruction after all those tests?
What other tests should I request if not offered?

I am sorry you are having so much pain it makes you feel bad doesnt it, I am wondering if it could be some IBS it can be very painful, is it food related, I do hear that sometimes after the gall bladder comes out there is pain for a while, however this is on the left, and I believe IBS is painful on the lower left side. Once you see the Doctor agin he may have ideas about it, and will give you anti-spasmodic meds . Good Luck
