I have the same thing google Leukopenia and Neutropenia , it is usually a sign that there is an infectiongoing on, once the infection is treated white cells go up again, mine was at 3 not long ago, and did go up a bit after a stomach infection responded to anti biotics I think I am fighting Lyme and this white cells seems to be a part of that as yet it is undiagnosed so I have not been given the traetment for that. Meanwhile make sure you dont go near anyone with a cold, flu or anything as you are open to all infections. Some people have low white cells anyway, check the names I have given you above .Good Luck let me know how it goes.
