The symptoms that you are experiencing may not be connected to your fall.

Having a sinus problem with post nasal drip that may be infected could be the cause of your problem.  Congested and blocked sinuses can also cause the symptoms you mention.  These types of things are worst in the morning and do settle during the day because of being in an upright position which allows the sinuses to drain.

Make an appointment with your doctor so that he can  refer you for tests to see if this has anything to do with your injury.
The doctor may check your ears and throat to see if it is due to a viral or bacterial infection and would be able to prescribe the appropriate medication if he felt this is required.

Hope you start to feel better soon.

I think you may have a concussion. Symptoms are varied and can be delayed from hours to days after the injury.
1. headache.
2. loss of consciousness.
3. dizziness
4. Ringing in ears.
5. nausea or vomiting.
6. slurred speech.
7. fatigue

You have some of these symptoms. I would go back and see your doctor. Have someone else drive you in.
take care,
