Hello, I have a firm pea sized lump on the anus. It hurts a little and uncomfortable when I sit down. It has been there for three days. Could it be piles or something else.

could also be hemorrhoids, or a mass... not that im scaring you. better have it checked out like cheshchesh819 said since i don't know your complete history and physical examination.
