forgot to wash my hands

about a week ago I went to the hospital to have my regular body check, after returning, I forgot to wash my hands but instead wipe my hands with a wet tissue. After about five or six hours I ate some biscuits with my hands. Am I at any risk, such as HepA or HepE? Thank you for your time
