Two Buttholes?

Yeah so this is a really strange question and its kind of freaking me out.  But basically I've tried googling this and nothings actually come up.

So this morning I found another hole just below my original butthole.  From googling about this I seem to have found this thing called a "sacral dimple" but from the google images they seem to be above your butt crack and not below your actual ******* so its probably not that.

I also found this thing called an anal fistula.  I'm not sure if its that either but it could be and I'm not ruling out the possibilities.

But basically all it looks like is a hole slightly smaller than my butthole that almost looks like it could be a second one.  I tried looking at it in a mirror but had a hard time at it and it didn't work out.  So far as to my knowledge it hasn't bled or hurt.  It just seems like its there and for how long its been there I have no idea.  It could have come from a tear or it could have been there all along and I just never knew it.

The question I want to know most though, is if it is a good idea to get this checked out by a doctor in person?  It so far has caused me no pain and I only discovered it by accident.  Any ideas on what it could be?

Putting this under general health because I have no idea what else it would go under.

Hello,

You definitely need to see your physician for this, it does not sound too good.

From what you are describing it does sound like a anal fistula. Yes, you should go see a doctor about this and get an official diagnosis. If it is a anal fistula that would require surgery to fix the problem.
