Not safely. For civil service tests where there is a height requirement (fire department for example) "stretching" with an axial traction harness and hanging upside down and certain exercises can increase your height temporarily by up to 5/8 inch. People pay good money for physicians to provide this service as the civil service jobs are very well paying.
it is possible though but don't count on it. I have read that some vitamins can help as well as exercise but that will only get you about a few inches/centimetres... or you can always undergo surgery but that means staying in bed for a few months and also gain maybe a few inches
I'm 22 and I have been the same height since I was 17. I highly doubt a height increase at 22, but anything is possible.
Your current height will not change much if at all at age 22.
