rock hard

my stools are so hard i have to dig them out with my finger to get started what do i do

Take a good stool softner, drink plenty of water, and to get the ball rolling, I would take either Citrate of Magnesium or another powerful laxative.

you should ask your doctor about lactalose. it makes it easer to go. there are also other laxatives that you could try like senacot which helps you to go and makes it easer to go. if you do not go within the first year you could die. because you have constipation in the bowls and it is a deadly disease. your bowls will eventually explode with the amount of waste in your bowls. then your waste gets into your bloodstream and it poisens your blood. good luck.

Have you heard of Miralax? They sell it at walgreens, scnucks, any supermarket. I have IBS which causes me to have diarrehea at times and constipation where it geets that bad where you have to dig it out it does not cause cramps with this medicine it puts water in your stool which makes it much easier to come out it has helped me

Go to any kind of drug store and get a stool softener take the pills and you will have a much easier time using the bathroom. Good luck!
