i am 35 weeks pregnant have five weeks to go an this is my second child, and i have a white thick discharge in the mornings and then it goes yellow. but i dont have no itchy or burning symptons what can this be

may be your mucus plug.  Some women get it and some dont.  Its your body natual way of preparing for the birth of your baby.  hope that helps

Normally i would say its probably just a yeast infection, but since you are so close term you should contact your OB to get advise on if its safe to use anti fungal creams or not. I am unsure if they are safe with the chance you may have some dialation of your cervex at the point..
