itcht burning armpits

I have had itchy burning armpits for about 1 month. No rash and it hurts. I have not been using deordorant thinking it was caused from that.  I have been using witch hazel wipes. Could this be a side effect from my glaucoma eye drops. I have been on these for 4-5 years and this just started.
