low wbc and low haemoglobin
my daughter is 2 yrs old she has cold and fever when we took her to hospital doctor suggested for diagnostic report and in it , it was found that she has low wbc(1600) and low haemoglobin (9) i request u to advice what medicine and what diet should be folled
