lump in lower left of stomache

Hi i have a lump on the lower left side of my stomache. I can feel it inside when i lay down and it moves. It feels like its a lump in a tube but it does not hurt at all although i can sometimes feel it when im standing up. Im scared that it might be something bad. I am 35 so do not think it is likely to be stomache cancer but am wondering if it could be an ulcer as ulcers have appeared on my tongue and i have heard they can be connected?

It could be a large cyst. I have had one at the base of my sternum for 20 years. There is no pain.

Usually an ulcer will cause you some kind of pain. The best thing to do is see your Dr to find out what's going on. Remar
