never get answers , any ideas?

I am a 28 y.o female.
I posted on here months ago about severe pelvic and bladder pain/problems that thankfully went away without diagnosis or explanation.
i dont think this is related, as I have experienced this for most of my life and never ever get an answer other than : could be anxiety"

symptoms are: always cold, pins and needles/numbness in hands and feet, also forearms and lower legs, dizziness, irritability, lump in throat/tight chest, extreme agitation, extreme hunger and cravings for sweets, mood changes , depression, ocd.

i have had my thyroid tested, and also tested for diabetes. nothing abnormal. my WBC count is low and in the past my vit.d  and b12 a little ont he low side, but I supplement and feel no different.

ANY advice would be so much appreciated.
I hide this from those close to me because I don't want to worry them or always be complaining but its extremely difficult to enjoy my life and act normal.

Many thanks

Although I adore my physicians, I also appreciate my Orthospinology Chiropractor ... not just a Chiropractor, one who specializes in Orthospinology.  The tingling/pins/needles and some of your other symptoms could... could ... be related to pinched nerves coming from your spine.  Look for an Orthospinologist Chiropractor and talk to him/her.  Let us know.  Good luck.

You are lisiting many varied and wide ranging symptoms, as well as Nueropathy in limbs. You need to see an Endocrinologist.  They handle these symptoms/problems.
Best wishes

I should also add that I cannot tolerate alcohol well, get hangovers extremely easily, as well as diarrhea from alcohol (the next day). I have cysts in my neck, which get bigger and smaller, and also large tonsils from frequent infections.
I have weakness in my muscles, and brain fog. I often can't think straight, thoughts in a big jumble.i am also extremely sensitive to caffeine.

Everything feels overwhelming some days because all of this is going on in my body. Somehow I manage 2 jobs and a relationship though!!
