Hurt_N_Confused has a good hypothesis... But, I might suggest that you simply greened out (terribly so) or had a bad reaction from mixing alcohol and marijuana. People generally start throwing up when greening out happens, but other symptoms such as feeling very faint and nearly or actually passing out, and/or get really twitchy and hallucinating can happen. You were probably just way too high (even if you didn't think you smoked that much, there's no way to tell how potent a hit is; the effects of getting high are usually contrived by other factors, such as drinking). Did people see you actually have a seizure? It's possible that you were too dehydrated after smoking, which was compounded by drinking --even if it was only one beer. It's quite possible that you had distorted perception during this time, and thus thought you were contorting your body, or you might of actually been having a seizure. If people saw you legitimately having a seizure, you should consider seeing a doctor. If it was a chemical from the growing process, I'm thinking everyone who smoked would of had a reaction, however, it's possible that you were sensitive, but I think it might be unlikely if no one else reacted badly.
Despite common belief, you really shouldn't drink alcohol and smoke marijuana at the same time. A chemist friend told me that marijuana actually inhibits your alcohol tolerance (she told me how it happens, but I cannot remember how it works), so the alcohol hits you alot harder. If this was the case, you may have experienced an alcohol-induced seizure. **you don't have to be an alcoholic to experience these, you just need alcohol to hit you hard in a short period of time and/or mix with other drugs, even antibiotics in some cases. I'm thinking it's either one or a combination of both these things I've explained. But, I am also no physician.
The environment could have affected how you reacted to drinking and smoking as well. If you were surrounded by new people, in a new place, in a mood different than the mood you normally would have been at a party, these could all affect how you reacted to alcohol/marijuana. Essentially, our bodies create compensatory responses to deal with the drugs we ingest; for example, you drink alcohol, your blood pressure goes down. Next time you get ready to drink, your blood pressure increases because your body realizes that your blood pressure is going to decrease once you drink alcohol. These responses are usually elicited by environmental cues. SO, if something was different that night, even if it was miniscule, whatever compensatory response required to stop you from having a bad reaction was not able to kick in which resulted in a bad experience (behavioural psychology for the win!).
Anyway... for the time being, best to just lay off the marijuana and alcohol for a while. It's probable that you will just freak yourself out next time you drink and/or smoke, or you will have the same reaction. If you do plan on drinking and smoking in combination, try it in a different setting and see what happens. If you find that everything is okay, maybe limit yourself to these activities in certain settings, and gradually ease yourself into parties (like, get a little high and/or a little drunk with a friend an hour before you go over to the party, make sure you drink alot of water and don't indulge too much when you go there). That's really all I can suggest as a non-professional who believes in recreational drinking and drug use. If you legitimately had a seizure, you should probably see a doctor to make sure this was just a bad reaction to mixing substances and not indicative of a seizure disorder.
I think there was definatly something else in that "joint" u smoked.....
U must be careful who u take drugs from ......People mix it with all sorts of other stuff...... and u never know if it could be your last "hit" ......Im Very happy you staying away from it.....Sometimes it just takes that one BAD experience to STOP......
How do u feel today??
But yea dude......Something else was in that joint.....anything from Mushrooms, to heroin, to crack ...... or whatever.....
Just take care of YOU now
Sounds like hydro. You probably just had a reaction to one of the chemicals in that batch!
