passing out and convulsions after smoking marijuana

Hi Idk if I'm on the right forum but I'm desperate and scared. Im not a marijuana smoker but Sunday my friend had a bday party and decided to take a hit. I also dranked a beer way before. So I felt high about 10mins later then We go to the garage to smoke a cig and 5mins later I feel like I got to throw up so I get up and head to the bathroom. When I get to the hallway I feel dizzy and my vision starts giving up I'm almost at the bathroom when for some reason I can't explain I grabbed the door frame and I think I started convulsioning but never let go of the door frame that moment I couldn't see I felt like I cosed my eyes but could. Is it possible that the joint was laced with something? It could also be that the alcohol and weed had a bigger effect than you realized until you tried moving around. I would suggest not doing it. I stopped after years of smoking because I discovered my source was lacing so they could make more money. (These were people I was raised with and they never said anything to me about it) Best wishes, Sissie

Must have been a big hit because I think you were just high. Don't worry. Just don't do it anymore :)
