question regarding lymph nodes

I did CT scan and Ultra sound for my neck and they said NO significant cervical lymphadenopathy , Bilateral cervical lymph nodes less than 10 mm .

What That means no significant? ist mean no cancer or no infection and its normal?
But i can feel them under the skin pea size the left side bigger than the right Why?
its painless, not warm and no redness around and i dont have other symptoms as fever or sorethroat, last time i got sorethroat 2 months before and i got left ear pain 2-3 weeks before.

its now almost 1.5 month and its not changing the size.
Any Suggestion plz!!!!

My sugguestion to you would be to treat it with a lymphatic drainage cream which is available at health food stores. I have had very similar symptoms in the past and this cream has greatly relieved my symptoms.
