Are my swollen glands, head pressure and leg restlessness something to look into?

I am on three different tablets.
One is Microgynon 30 for birth control.
One is lymecycline for my acne and the other is Iron tablets as I recently found out I have an iron deficiency.

For a long time I had this intense urge to move my legs when they were still, with tickles and pressure going up them. I no longer feel the urge to move them, but they do feel like they have an odd pressure/tickle to them although it is not painful.

I also feel pressure in my head quite often, especially around both my ears. I can also get a mild headache like pain above both my ears. My glands are also often swollen. None of these symptoms are extremely painful or unbearable but they do make me feel strange. I'm not sure if anything is related to one another, or if any are related to being low on iron and suddenly having some in my system (I've only been taking them 3 days) but I'm very confused about what could be wrong with me.
