shoulder ,breast pain

for about 3 weeks my shoulder blade all round my shouder down my left arm to my hand has been ache burning painful  pain behind my breat bone than yesterday my riarm allthe way do strat burning and ache all the way do to my handsi went to the dr. with my shouder they tok x-rays and to me it was pulled muscle. i don,tknoe\w could it be carpel tunnel in both arm and shoulders and the pain behind my breast bone be acid reflux because i have that plus a henia hernia. could someone help me out here and i,m on a computer alot durig the day and i have to pick up my 11 mth old daughter and the dr, say don,t do that well i have to that,s my daugher ,well i hope someone can help thank i,m some starting to get the same sytoms in the right arm after i,m on the computer for awhile thank you.

I am wondering if you can sit at the computer differantly, and also take breaks from it, I foind I get aches and pains also from using it too much, and I have to get off it , I try to sit up in my chair but am apt to slump, try the wrist braces when you are on it, I have carpel tunnel in both hands , after many years I simply ignore it as it doesnt go away at least mine has'nt and I wont take the steroids they gave me at first because of the side effects.
