thanks will try ,,have tried almost everything else ,,no idea why my toes are so sensitive to the touch ?? even the bed sheets hurt ....
Hi try to take a hot bath and soak your body and massage your calfskin firmly in circular motion when you feel a hard spot or like a small ball press down firmly hold for the count of 5 release then massage in circular motion that spot. Then elevate your feet and repeat before you go to bed. If you can get someone to do it to you it better do each leg for 5 min then switch repeat. Hope that helps let me know. Medinabear. Take care
