why am i always cold

why am always cold i am in pain it feels like i have sun stroke all the time. i put loads of clothes on and sit in front of the fire and am still cold. is there something wrong with me.

you might be low on iron. My boyfriend and kids have it.. it's called anemia. Means your blood is thin and you need to start taking iron pills. You get cold very easily and you might even bruise very easy as well.

Hello, there are actually severe conditions that can cause you to feel this way.  A low thyroid level (hypothyroidism), taking in inappropriate nutrition (too little food), weight loss,  or low body weight, anemia, Raynaud's Disease, being overly tired, aging, and hormone problems.  You need to go see your doctor so they can determine what exactly is the cause of you being so cold all the time, and get you started on treatment.
