Do I need to test HIV or to have some Blockers?
Dear doctor:
I give oral sex to a young man the 44 hours ago， he did not ejaculate, but he may outflow some Prostatic fluid in my mouth. I have no mouth alcer but I brushed my teeth before oral sex, I fear there may be some tiny wound on my gums. Do I need to test HIV? Or Do I need to have some Blockers while it is in 72 hours?

You do not need testing and certainly you do not need "blockers" i.e nPEP for the above posted exposure.
