Doctor's can say whatever they like but it doesn't make it true.
Hi there -
Our doctors have the expertise to say that a test is conclusive earlier than 12 weeks, but the official guidelines still say 3 months is conclusive.
Our members feel more comfortable saying 3 months, and unless something "official" changes, they prefer to stick with the official testing guidelines. No one is lying.

There are multiple circumstances in which testing is warranted, and as teak has already indicated, that is the advice given by many. Negative tests prior to 12 weeks are extremly encouraging, but I dont understand why anyone wouldnt want to check again at 12 weeks+ to confirm their negative diagnosis.
Then its indicative? Thanks, i'll repeat my test anyway... I wish my window period is finished

In an adult, a positive HIV antibody test result means that the person is infected, a person with a negative or inconclusive result may be in the “window for 4 to 6 weeks but occasionally up to 3 months after HIV exposure. Persons at high risk who initially test negative should be retested 3 months after exposure to confirm results

The need for a repeat HIV test if still within the window period after a specific exposure should be discussed. Although fourth generation tests shorten the time from exposure to seroconversion a repeat test at three months is still recommended to definitively exclude HIV infection.
But then are the lying? I suppose they're real doctors... It was almost indicative that negative?
There are no tests marketed or sold to give a conclusive negative test result earlier than 3 months and you were already advised of it on Nov. 6th.
And why doctors in this forum say 28 days with 4th generation is conclusive and user dont?
