ARS?

I had unprotected sex with a girl I met in a bar in early August, one time.  She seemed normal enough, but I did not know her HIV status.  Biggest mistake ever!  About two and a half weeks later, I had a sore at the corner of my mouth on one side.  I had a series of symptoms afterwards that I fear could be related to HIV.  I had a sore (ish) throat at around the same time as I noticed the sore on my mouth (I smoke, so I attributed it to heavy smoking in that period, heavy drinking and general run-downness); sebhorreic dermatitis on my face (which I have had for years, but I read was a symptom of HIV infection); some incidence of folliculitis on my hands and arms (which I had had before); and I think night sweats.  I don't recall having a fever or an outbreak of spots on my torso, but I wasn't really paying attention.  In retrospect, these symptoms are freaking me out.  

I had an HIV test done after 7 weeks that came back negative, but I am still freaking out.  

Please help ease my mind.  Are the test results reliable after only 7 weeks?

To get a conclusive result you will need to test at 3 months post exposure.
