What are my chances?

Let me start by saying I have a highly overactive mind.  It never seems to shut off.  I am sure I have ADHD and anxiety/depression.  So here it goes:

I was getting over a relationship and hadn't dated in almost a year.  I have been living with herpes and to ease the fear of telling a new partner I went to a STD dating site and met someone who only said they had herpes.  After talking for awhile we hooked up and she said she had similar situation.  Dated one guy for 3 years and she was getting back out there.

We talked beforehand and said there was nothing more either of us had.  So regrettably now, we had unprotected sex about half a dozen times over a four week period back in January.  During January I did feel a bit weak unexpectedly but while every one else was getting the flu I avoided it though I had a little bit of a cough.

We talked very little aside from when we got together.  That was how she wanted it.  She did have an issue with ovarian cysts and one time sex was painful for her as a result.  This caused us to stop for awhile.  We got together one more time and she was actually spotting some from her period.  That was now about six weeks ago.

Now I am a MAJOR worrier but I started freaking out and was experiencing a feeling that I can only describe as electrical impulses from nerve endings all over my body.  I think this cold be a panic attack or disorder but I'm not sure.  I currently have a fast heartbeat all the time and the worrying has shot my appetite.  I have always been thin though so no real tangible weight loss.  I am also concerned because she had to go in for surgery for that last cyst she had and since then no contact.  Hopefully, she is just blowing me off.  She did text a few weeks ago and expressed interest of getting together but nothing since then.

What I don't have...swollen lynph nodes, rash, headache, some fatigue now but not much.

I am freightened of getting tested but I will.  I have no clue if I am positive what the reprucussions will be for my job or my quality of life.  Here's hoping I'm just a basketcase.

Please help...

My 6 week test was negative.  People you really can worry yourself sick.  I have learned a valuable lesson.  I know I still need to test and frankly I still haven't been feeling great and the white spots on my throat was diagnosed as strep.  These spots are still there more than a week after the antibiotic was finished but the stress I put my body under likely caused an abundance of stomach acid.  The prilosec has helped with that.  I am seeking therapy to deal with it and some other things.  Thanks guys for running this forum.

It does look like white spots on the back of my throat.  Sorry...just trying to clarify.  This isn't thrush?

Then see a doctor those symptoms are not related to HIV.

Took the test today.  About 3 hours later my throat started swelling and the white coating is on the back of my tongue.  I am really freaking out about this.

I am going to test this week but a few other things I forgot about. About 2 weeks ago I felt like I had been beat up in a fight I was so weak.  Very odd.  Then this whole body tingling thing.  One other thing was I had accidentally bit down very hard on the inside of my cheek chewing gum.  A few days later there was a white and purple patch with one sack that filled full of blood that I had to drain and remove but afterwards it healed very quickly.

Unprotected sex is a risk.  You should text, as Teak said.

Your symptoms have nothing to do with HIV though.

You had unprotected sex. Then you need to test. 3 months post exposure will give you, your conclusive test result.
