Am I at hiv risk as massuese had herpes like lesion at the back of her palm?

Hi, I am a 29y male from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

I went for a body massage about a week ago. I didnt know they offer hand job as part of the package. As I was already stimulated, I went along with it. She was thai national.

Here´s my concern, after the hand job was over i noticed the she had plenty open open lesions which she claims to be an allergic reaction from Tiger Balm. Somehow it also looks like herpes lesion (looked like reddish acne breakout). Not actively bleeding at the point i saw it. No visible sores on her palm.

She gave me handjob with massage oil. No vaginal fluids involved as she was fully dressed.

My question is:

1. Does such encounter risks HIV?

2. If it was really herpes, would i be infected? I have this almost tingling feeling but no pain, irritation or pain during urination. But noticed little bumps which are not red.

3. Would the presence of herpes on her hand increases the risk of hiv transmission to me? Could the be any bodily fluid excretion from such wounds?

4. I missed the window for PEP but honestly speaking was I at any risk?

This happened exactly 9 days ago.

I´m so depressed righ now with this incident. This is my first time encountering this situation (also my first time having a handjob at a massage parlour).

I will be eagerly wait for an answer.

God bless.

HIV
You had no risk of HIV because you can't get HIV from touching it outside the anus or vagina. You are so safe that you don't even need to test.

HIV is instantly inactivated in air which means it is effectively dead so it can't infect from touching it. It doesn't matter if you and they were actively bleeding or had cuts at the time either because the HIV is effectively dead.
Only adult risks are unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal sex or sharing needles that you inject with but you didn't do that so you had no risk. This sentence is all you need to know to protect yourself against HIV.
Even with blood, lactation cuts, rashes, burns etc air does not allow inactivated virus to infect from touching it outside the anus or vagina. The above HIV science is 40 years old and very well established so nothing you can add will make your situation a risk.
If it was as easy to catch as you worry, then everyone in America would have it from touching the wrong person's cuts etc.

Hi AnxiousNoMore,

Thanks for the answer.

What are the chances of hiv transmission of touching the penis after using the toilet with possible herpes sore on my penis glans? I heard herpes increases chances of acquiring HIV.

I went to test for HIV today and touched my penis with mild sores after using the toilet. As it is a HIV testing centre. I noticed there were some poz's there that may have used the toilet prior to that or blood stains from those who did their finger prick tests.
No one got HIV from toilet seats or touching if you reread the part about the 40.

Your risk of HIV transmission does not exist as a result of hand job only. You do not need any test, you are fine.
