Blood work shows high TSH, abnormal ketones, crystal, protein (from urine test)

Trying to understand if this could be HIV or beginning?

- TSH is around 5.18
- Ketones and Protein in urinalysis auto indicates abnormal
- Crystals in urine microscope is abnormal

I didn't had them in last blood work 3 months back and I see them in today's blood work results. I am on medication for high blood pressure & type 2 diabetes.

About 3 weeks back, Being drunk heavily the oral received was unprotected and mostly saliva during the oral. It was a from a working girl and she first got me in doing tongue kissing for a min or so. Didn't see anything unusual on her face lips or broken skin.

Symptoms: day 5 to 15 severe headache, feeling Togo motion , feverish but regular body temperature.

Symptoms: day 16 till now (day. 27) : itching around private parts and sometimes tightness in penis and sometimes some kind of swollen feeling around neck area (  straight down from right ears and could this be thyriid related)?

Since I didn't get to vaginal sex or anything other than above, how are the chances ?

I am next planning to get 4th gen STD testing at a local facility.

Any suggestions or help here would be beneficial to me

Hi. Welcome to the group. I can tell you are worried and analyzing your health. But in this case, you are worrying for nothing. As said, the ONLY risks are to ave unprotected vaginal or anal sex or share IV needles to inject drugs. Saliva and Air inactivate the virus and people don't get HIV from that in the real world. You don't even need to test with your exposure.

Your situation involves personal contact with an object in air  (maybe blood, maybe cuts, lips, saliva, mouth,  etc. ) . You will be happy to learn that you had no risk, because you can't get hiv from personal contact except unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal with a penis, neither of which you did and you didn't share hollow needles to inject with which is the only other way to acquire hiv - there are ONLY 3 ways to get hiv. Note that 2 of them require a penis and the third requires a hollow injecting shared needle - there are no OTHER ways to get hiv. Analysis of large numbers of infected people over the 40 years of hiv history has proven that people don't get hiv in the way you are worried is a risk.
Hiv is a fragile virus in air or saliva and is effectively instantly dead in either air or saliva so the WORST that could happen is dead virus rubbed you, and obviously anything which is dead cannot live again so you are good. Blood and cuts would not be relevant in your situation since the hiv has become effectively dead, so you don't have to worry about them to be sure that you are safe.
There is no reason for a person to test when they are safe. The advice took into consideration that the other person might be positive, so move on and enjoy life instead of thinking about this non-event. hiv prevention is straightforward since there are only 3 ways you can become infected, so next time you wonder if you had a risk, ask yourself this QUESTION. "Did I do any of the 3?" Then after you ANSWER "No, I didn't" you will know that it's time to move on back to your happy life.
No one got hiv from what you did during 40 years of hiv history and no one will get it in the next 40 years of your life either.  You can do what you did any time and be safe from hiv.
The other person's status is irrelevant when you have no exposure to live virus.
If you still have questions about your risk, after reading all of the above, then it is because you didn't answer the QUESTION above.

You might as well test to see if she made you pregnant, because there is zero chance you got hiv.
Doctors can't diagnose hiv from symptoms so no one here pays attention to poster's symptoms, and you shouldn't either. Stay in touch with your doc for advice about your blood work, but it isn't hiv.

So no issues if girl doing tongue kissing that can transfer saliva ? What about the saliva she spits on penis from top while doing oral ?

Today I have bit of itching and tightness around penis area.

Can you share your comments on the 3 to 4 unusual things I shared with my blood work.

As I recall the only other incident that happened in last 1 month was a removal of dental screw (implant failed and dentist removed it with Anastasia.)
1 Since you didn't answer the QUESTION above, here's the answer.> No, there wasn't a penis in my anus during the oral and she didn't  inject me so I should move on, instead of posting sentences with the word "if".
2 This is an hiv forum, not a blood work analysis center for people with hiv fixation.
Thanks for your help.
Would the unprotected oral from working girl lead to any other STDs? I can't get STD results for almost till mid next week due to Christmas weekend.

You should talk to your doctor about the blood work issues. They have nothing to do with an std or hiv.
