Morad2304, please consider talking to your doctor about your anxiety. We say that with kindness, and not criticism.

Absolutely, You are recovery and it does take time to get back to normal after a bout of flu.
Don't worry what you had, just keep fit.
Everyone gets ill from time to time and gets chills and shivers. No point speculating on what you had it done and gone.
Eat a healthy and well balanced diet and look after your heat. If you take part in sexual activities, wear condoms to give you some protection.
I did have the flu for a while but im recovering, is that maybe why ?
There is no point worrying why it was that low. The important thing is that you are fine now.
It is highly likely that you have had a flu virus.
Glad to know that you are now feeling fine.
Have fun and enjoy whatever you choose to do.
Best wishes.
Hey, thanks for the reply the rashes disappeared and my Gp said my temp was alright nothing wrong with me I don't feel cold or anything at all just wondering why it's been down that low
A body temperature of 35.6 is on the low side and can be a sign of mild hypothermia.
The body temperature also varies depending from which part of the body that you took your temperature.
The normal body temperature is 37C, but this can go up or down a little and is nothing to worry about.
My body temperature was 35.5 the other week and I felt extremely cold and shivery - I did have a kidney infection at the time. So your body may be fighting a bacterial or viral infection. Don't go panicking, because it is highly unlikely to do with your encounter. There are lots of viruses and bacterial infections going around at this time of the year.
Because you have a low body temperature and also have a rash on your chest, I would suggest you see your doctor to get you checked out for any bacterial infections. If the doctor is of the opinion that you do have a bacterial infection, he will prescribe an antibiotic. Antibiotics do not work on viral infections.
In the meantime, eat a healthy diet with lots of fresh fruit and vegetables. Drink plenty of fluids, hot honey and lemon (lemon juice has lots of vitamin C), hot soups. Cut out or cut down on your alcohol consumption. Cut out or cut down on junk foods, sugar foods and fizzy drinks and processed foods. 2 litres of water a day is usually recommended. Your fluid intake is important so that you do not become dehydrated.
Take pain relief medication as recommended on the packet if you feel unwell. Get plenty of rest and wrap up with warm clothes. If you do feel cold, you will find having a hot (not too hot) bath helpful. Don't use shower gels and normal soaps, because they dry the skin and cause irritation on your private parts. Use non perfumed soaps, those with the same pH level as our skin and baby washes should be fine too.
Make the appointment to see your doctor to get the rash and the low temperature checked out.
Let me know how you get on.
Best wishes.
