Can anyone put my mind to rest?

Hello everyone (again).

For some reason, I can NOT shake this thought from my head. I think about it all day everyday and it is driving me crazy. :(

When i was at my friends, i accidentally had some of her drink (from her cup..i picked up the wrong one). She often has chapped lips, which sometimes bleed. Her uncle passed away from HIV, and she told me she used to share drinks with him.

-A couple of days later, I got a black mark like "thing" under my breast. It was not there before.
-Whenever i think about it, my muscles hurt.
-Two weeks after doing so, I got a "head" cold. I usually wouldn't be worried, but i read the common cold could be a symptom.. any truth behind this?
-A bruise-like thing also appeared on my thigh -- it doesn't hurt.. and it is SLOWLY going away. could this be related to HIV?

I haven't had any diarrhea, but i get nauseous feeling at times (in my throat)

IF my friend did have HIV, and her lips were bleeding that day, COULD I have gotten HIV?

I know this is crazy, but i just need some truth behind this. Getting a cold when i did scared the living daylights out of me.

Let it go,IF Hiv was transmitted the ways in which you explain then the whole world would be hiv positive and thats not the case, think rationally.

At no time were you at risk of contracting HIV from eating or drinking from anyone even if they are HIV positive.

You have nothing to fear from sharing drinks with your friend even if she did have hiv which i doubt very much she does because hiv is not transmitted via fomites like cups, plates, door handles, chairs, etc. The hiv virus becomes inactive once exposed to air.Your safe.No need to worry.
