Can be HIV?

Dear Drs Hooks, Handsfield and other experts!
I m new to this forum, this is an amazing site where many people get benefitted . I see there are many similar questions to mine but still I want to hear your opinion on my issues. I m a circumcised married male from India , 5 years ago I had protected sex with many sex workers , some are unlicensed brothels including 3 episodes of unprotected oral sex with 2 CSW also I drunk few drops of milk from one of themes breast milk .
1) what is the chance of getting hiv from unprotected oral sex?
2) what is the chance of getting hiv from a CSW breast milk ?
My concern is.

1) few bumps almost 4 years on my skin in forearm( they are hard and dry also stubborn )

2) I don't remember any other symptoms but during this 5 years period I had fever 2 times , fever last long for 2-3 days but slight cold and unfit for almost 2 months
3) recently I noticed in my toenail there is brown vertical line.

Since I became sick last time I never bothered or care about HIV but now I m dying everyday of the fear of HIV.
What is the chance of getting the hiv in these exposure?
I will really appreciate your opinion in this issue,

thank you for your reply , i am just wondering about my symptoms, I read in many sites on the web , what they write is: hiv can be transmitted through unprotected oral  sex, i had many episodes of oral sex which were unprotected with CSW( unknown hiv status) I really regret but the bumps on my hand  which are almost 4 years and the excessive sweating and dizziness during the day time is making me worry. I will appreciate the response from different experts. Thank you

HIV transmission has the only two following routes when we talk about sexual modes of transmission. Unprotected anal and unprotected vaginal sex. Your oral exposure to a few drop of breast milk does not put you at HIV risk because, human saliva contains several enzymes, inactivate (making the virus unable to infect others) HIV instantly.
