Do Allergic pills

I am 31 years of Age.
Twice I have a relation with a women at hong kong who live at my apartment.

Had safe sex twice and a oral she gave me once was not protected.

I notice after 2 weeks skin rashes which appear for short time and disappear on my arm.
The skin doctor gave me allergic pills.  I  am taking the allergic pills for the past month.

After 4 to 5 weeks for my relation I had a blood test for HIV  done at a clinic,
They gave me the result in 3 hrs time. Which is Negative.

My question:   Can Allergic pills have any  effect on the HIV test i had last week.

I search the post could not find a similar question relating to Allergic pills and HIv test.
So you suggest me to retest again after some period of time.

Thanks in advance.

your quite welcome.

my advice to you is to stop searching the internet and asking questions on forums.  you are only adding fuel to your anxiety.  you were NEVER at risk...you have a negative test result.  CELEBRATE and put this out of your mind.

wishing you good health :)

"IF" you had been at risk...and "IF" you had needed to test...the answer would be "NO", the meds would NOT affect your test.

and some times in less then 5min, made me worried and I took a

receiving unprotected oral sex does not put one at risk for contracting hiv.  top that with protected intercourse... and you did NOT need to test in the first place :)

Hi there,

Firstly, you are not at risk if you have protected intercourse.

The medication will not affect the test result.

Cheers!
