vaginal fluid on hand and then touched urethra/foreskin

I am literally freaking out. The incident occurred about 2.5 months ago and since then I have had 2 episodes of sore throat, massive acid reflex, post nasal drip and tiredness. The first episode of symptoms occurred before hiv was even a thought in my mind. Its just during the 2nd episode that I started to think and now I am paranoid.

Here is what happened:

-I went to for a erotic massage. The lady was nude. She masturbated me with baby oil and quite rigorously.
-I touched the area around her vagina for quite some time while she masturbated me. She wasn't wet just a little moist around the opening/outside. I don't think I entered inside her as she did not want me to and I remember just touching around the outside area.
-NOW the STUPID PART. Mistakenly, I forgot that I had touched her area and then helped her masturbate me. So now I have whatever moist vaginal fluid I had on my fingers on my penis, urethra and foreskin (I am uncircumcised).
-Next STUPID PART. I did not wash up after ejaculating her the parlor. I had an appointment to attend afterwards so I rushed out of there without showering. She did wipe me off with a paper towel.

My concern is vaginal fluid inside my urethra and foreskin (uncircumcised) because she masturbated me rigorously for some time. Moreover, since I did not wash up if she was infected the virus could have remained inside the closed foreskin area for the remainder of the day (I showered in the evening). The inside of my foreskin would have been warm and moist for the virus to survive.

Can you please assess my risk and should I get a test? I am a bit scared and the 2 episodes of getting sick are now really concerning me. Thank you.

No risk at all.

To close the thread - I tested for all STDs including HIV (rapid). Negative for HIV and the others will come back within 2 weeks!

Now I am off to enjoy the world...    not going near CSWs or casual sex...   the world was a better place in the 1970s. Got an STD? Pop a pill and be done with it for the most part. Today its a nightmare.

Thank you all for your support. I appreciate it.

I'm going nuts. I can't differentiate whats real or self-inflicted at this point. The incident is as described - no penetrative anal, vaginal, or oral on me or her. Just mutual masturbation and 30 seconds of nipple sucking.

I've never had GI symptoms like this. Burping, GI tract noises including the stomach (non-stop), acid reflex, bloating/gas, etc...   feel burning sensations on my skin at times and am urinating frequently with urine leakage (i.e the head of my penis is often wet right now). Feel like there is fluid in my left ear and pain in my leg muscles. Nasal dripping.

Can this all be stress/anxiety?

Thanks Vance. My story isn't changing. I just forgot to include the breast sucking part. At first I didn't think it was an issue so I didn't describe it. But then after reading through some posts I was alarmed. I guess its typical for people with anxiety because of some activity (risk or no risk) and some symptoms to mentally dig to remember what else happened during the event. In any case the story is as described - no penetrative anal, vaginal or oral sex was performed on me or her. Just mutual masturbation and 30 seconds of breast sucking.

Thanks teak I did follow that suggestion.

However, I forgot to include in my post that I sucked on the massage attendant's breasts for maybe 30 seconds and I tasted something odd. Maybe breast milk. I am very concerned that this could have put me at risk for HIV considering my episodes of getting sick, i.e. sore throat, cough, nasal drop, acid reflex, massive bloating/gas, and a canker sore.

Would this be a concern? Thanks for your help.

Okay but I forgot to mention that my urethra feels moist all the time. I don't see any color discharge from my penis but urinate relatively frequently and i almost feel like my urethra is wet constantly...   like as if precum is present but no colour. Could this be Gonorrhea, Chlamydia or other? Appreciate the help.

Thanks Teak.

I tell you the fear of HIV is extraordinary. I basically have every single one of the following symptoms and then some. I just feel wacked overall:

I'm going to get a test since it has been a few years since I last tested (negative result last time). I didn't need to these past couple of years because I had no sexual encounters with anyone until this massage parlor incident. I need to stay away from these places and get into a monogamous relationship. Too much to achieve in this life and this fear is wasting so much mental capacity.

Thanks Teak for the feedback. So no risk even if the virus was being massaged into my foreskin as she had a strong grip of my penis and was rubbing very strongly. I just wonder if it was squeezed into my mucus membrane.

You don't have an HIV concern. HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child

Just to re-iterate - she masturbated me quite rigorously - almost a deep tissue massage of my entire penis from head to base. While doing so her fluids got onto my entire penis and she was massaging my entire penis.
