Genital rubbing twice.. HIV Transmission possible?? Help..

Re-posting this to hopefully an appropriate community topic.. but basically I went twice to a massage parlour and had both times a thai body to body massage this week.

The first time (9th of this month)  there was not much rubbing between genitals and I only sucked on her nipple and nibbled her ear but no penetration or oral was involved.

I then went again (IK STUPID OF ME, 14th of this month) and this time there was no sucking or anything. Just body rubbing, I believe genitals rubbing was slightly more prolonged but hard to tell due to the oil. I did not release inside either since it ended up going towards their chest or stomach. As for vaginal fluids.. Im not sure, hard to tell due to oil.

After that last one my post NUT clarity kicked in and now Im anxious that I may have made a big mistake. There were no penetrative sex as far as I was concerned but then again I fear that the genital rubbing or nipple sucking from the first one may have transferred HIV to me, what is the likelyhood of that?!

They both have said that they're ok and to not worry. Even the receptionist reassured me that they were all clean and healthy and that I should calm down since no sex was involved. Am I in trouble??? They're all adamant about it but I can't help it, who knows how many guys they may do this service to?!

I don't mind having a STD just as long as it isn't HIV.. I deffo learnt my lesson..

Edit: She covered herself in oil. Am not sure if that actually contributes to anything too so.

This is not a risk at all. HIV is inactivated by air and genital rubbing does not transmit the virus. The only risks for HIV are to have unprotected vaginal or anal (no condom, with penetration) or to share IV needles to inject drugs. This is nothing to worry about and you do not need to test. Nipple sucking and ear biting are also zero risk.

1. Even if there's a chance for vaginal fluid to pass onto my penis? Cant it still happen??

2. And secondly. If HIV isn't a risk then what are the most non-HIV stds that get passed this way? HSV?

3. Does the body oil contribute to anything?

Sorry, am trying to calm down.. am bit shocked.. Ive read that risk for penile-vaginal intercourse per 10k is 4. All of my pasts instances ive wore barrier and this is the only time i didnt.. and I dont count it since there was no penetration in both instances as far as I am aware of.
Sexually, you cannot get HIV unless a penis is INSIDE a vagina or anus without a condom.  You had no risk for HIV.  If you want to ask about STDs, that forum is here: https://www.medhelp.org/forums/STDs-STIs/show/98 but there is no need to ask about HIV again.
Understood. Ill try to relax now cuz even if there is a chance, it is slim..

if you have any sources about HIV not being transferable via rubbing please do let me know.

From Dr. Hook's response:
"As I said above, HIV is only transmitted by penetrative sex, not by unprotected genital rubbing."
