Does HIV come through a broken acne?

Last week I have protected vagina sex with a sex worker.She licked me on my backside with her tongue.
I have some acne on my backside.The acne is likely to  rip,I dont know whether she has a ulcer in her mouth.In case my acne rip,is it possible to contract HIV?

another question:if vagina secretion from a HIV carrier contact a broken acne ,is it possible for me to get HIV?

Trust me it is. Rational thinking is not of worrying about blood from someone going into acne. This is an anxiety filled question. That is why I recommended therapist or the anxiety community,

HIV blood  also leave the living host,but it can still infect a person.
