Dying with anxiety - need to know if this sounds like HIV

First and foremost I know I need to test to be sure.  Just hoping someone can give me an honest answer so I can know if my anxieties are unfounded or not.

Within the timeframe of ARS, I developed a sore throat.  This sore throat lingered and then subsided somewhat.  Not long after I developed a productive cough, producing yellow/green phlegm. About 10 days since symptoms first began, I am having serious coughing fits.  Taking a deep breath causes significant coughing.  I also have a fever for the past 4 days which ranges from 100-103. I've had night sweats, and swollen lymph nodes in neck.

By and far, the cough is the predominant symptom however.  It ranges from productive to dry, but it's all day/night long.  I hadn't read about cough being such a significant part of ARS, but though I'd ask here to see what the community thought.  Thank you so much for your time.

You had no risk.. The activities that you mention are not how you catch HIV.. You're symptoms are not HIV related.. Get a doctor to look at your coughs..be well.

unprotected oral, cunninglingus.  also fingered and had a 2 day old scab on the finger NEXT to the fingering finger.
I realize all probably low risk.  Mainly wondering if symptoms described (specifically the productive cough and non-stop coughing sounds like ARS)
