Fingering/ Torn Skin on Penis

I am a gay man, and when my HIV positive partner gave me a handjob, I noticed some pain and realized there was some torn skin on my shaft. If he had touched his own precum and gave me a handjob  with the precum from his penis making contact with the wound, what is the risk? Additionally, if he was  fingering me and there was some precum on the outside of my anus from him rubbing his penis against me, some of the precum may have entered my anus with his finger. Thanks.

You can ask the question a dozen different ways, and the answer isn't going to change.  HIV cannot be transmitted in the manner you describe.

When the virus is exposed to air, ph levels, temperature outside the human body it disintegrates of sorts.
It loses its ability to infect.

His pre-ejaculate was exposed to the environment before it came into contact with susceptible areas of your body.

Thank you for your reply. Additionally, even if precum contains the virus and it is inserted into my anus as he was fingering me, it is all not a risk? Just really nervous here.

Ain't gonna happen that way.

I thought there is a risk if precum comes into contact with open wounds like in my case.

Even if.

Transmission requires penetration without exposure to the elements..i.e air, plus an adequate amount of a virus carrying fluid. The infecting fluid must be deposited directly onto a susceptible mucous membrane with enough receptor cells  to facilitate transmission. Your exposures do not meet that criteria.

Even with the wound on my penis? And the finger penetrating my anus with his precum?

Transmission requires penetration .
What you describe is superficial exposure. HIV just is not that easy to acquire .
