First sex with a commercial worker with unkown status - HIV help

20 days ago i had sex with a commercial worker and i dont know status . It was my first sex in my life and it was protected sex and also she gave me an oral sex for less than a minute then she asked for a condom . I have a vitiligo on my penis and im afraid that i catch HIV or herpes or another STD from her mouth . also i licked her breast for few mintues

1)What is the chance that i get herpes from her ?

2) what is the chance that i get HIV from the sex? Do i need a condom with water lubricant that block the HIV ? because i used a spermicide lubricant and i dont know if it block the HIV ! or does the condom only block it with out the lubricant.

Please help
