Fist fight

Need an explanation :

Got into a fist fight , Long story short ... Got my *** beat

guy was on top of me punching me in face , face was swollen and welded, not sure if large cut but sure there were little scrapes and little blood coming out .Not sure if his hand was bleeding , im assuming it was . 3 years later weird symptoms like joint pain and poping and cracking and weakness ... abdominal pain and gas/rumbling feeling...changes in skin and little brown spots ...

would appreciate if i got a quick response and if you could give me a detailed response if this was likely . heard its possible .

You cannot contract HIV by fighting or through acne.

i dont mean to be a pest but i have alot of acne and while being hit they burst and bled , i know this is categorized as an open wound , wouldnt the quick hits make it possible that our blood mixed ?

Thanks A lot . So the blood was already exposed to the air and basically dead .

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child

Thanks for your response . Could you shed a little more light on this topic for me . If he was bleeding from his hand and hitting my face that was no being opened with cuts , would that not cause  some concern ? And what im feeling .. Is that hiv specific?
