HIT BY THE NAIL

Good Morning Everyone,..

I went to hospital last nigth due that i have a fever and cold and im waiting in reception area and i sit in the sofa set in the reception area but in bad situation theres a nail (use in construction together with hummer)  so my arms hit the head of the nail and stracth the skin of my arms (theres no bleeding happen) just minor scratch.

1. im in risk of hiv?
2. if the nail scratch the skin of hiv positive guys and after that i hit the nail and scratch my skin also? do you think this is hiv risk?
