Hi doc, I had oral sex with a confirmed HiV positive guy. I remember giving him an oral sex (around twice or thrice) and probably swallowed some of his semen. What are the chances that i will get infected by doing that? i do remember not having any mouth sore or cuts on my mouth when i did that. if i did ingested some of his semen, does it mean the virus went into my blood system already and probably infected me? please let me know. thanks
Oral sex is very low risk, even if you swallow. Unlikely to get infected this way. Get tested if you have to, but expect a negative result.
