floaters and blood test

if you have had HIV for several years do the floaters just appear?  or is there a disease that causes them due to the HIV?   i have them but my eye doctor told me my eyes were perfect?? i started noticing them when my Girlfriend went to get a blood test for life insurance and i started getting nervous about HIV. i started reading about them on the internet that they are seen in HIV.  i think im just paranoid?? i would have other symptoms too right?

good question!! she is doing it for a monet market account.  i asked the same question.  the money market pulls your money from different areas and invests it different way.  its a smart thing to do!!

Hi,

I have experienced floaters for a week now + hazy eyes, my GP said I don't need eye MD, I may still go, since I still think I have HIV coz of multiple sex partners.

I had a Full blood count test, results next week.

Floaters can happen if u have diabetes, surgery, vitamin A deficiency, syphillis and mostly eye diseases and disorders.....go check with doctor only if u have flashes and eye pain bleeding.....as an emergency.

Good Luck

Then go get counseling to help you move on. We tell you one thing and you try to refute it, thats not going to help you. You are trying to convince yourself that you have HIV.

stop this insanity.  you were not at risk from getting a blow job.  your OPINION that they were heroin addicts means NOTHING!!!

move on...NO RISK!

Oh and if your doctor said your eyes are fine then its obvious that you dont even have floaters in the first place.

i have floaters... especially when I look in the sky or in a room that has a lot of outside light coming in. I've tested negative for hiv at 9 weeks and will be testing tomorrow for 10 weeks. Wish me luck that it remains negative. Though I think I've always had floaters.... didnt really think about it much.. thought it was just natural.....

im 27.  i think ive always had them but started noticing them when my girlfriend said she was getting a blood test for life insurance. i went on line because i got nervous that i might have infected her?  floaters are a symptom. now i see them all the tiime and all i can think about is HIV. because they are always there? i have received many blow jobs and have had unprotected sex with a few girls.  two of the girls i dont really know? and obv with my know current GF for four years.  i have only had sex with her for the past 4 years.  the blow jobs and sex was in college. im just nervous

Floaters are not specific to HIV and having them is by no means an indication of HIV infection. Many non hiv people have floaters, they become more commopn with age. How old are you?

To put it to rest all you have to do is get tested although I dont see any need for testing.
