Alright... I'm really, really worried...

For introduction, I'm a 31-year-old straight male from Malaysia and still single. So, I've been to massage parlors 4 times so far, 3 at the same place and 1 at a different place. The 1st time was late December 2016, the 2nd and 3rd time was in January (each about a week apart) and the 4th was just early this month; February 1st. Now, all the massage parlors offer "happy endings" which are basically hand jobs but we're also allowed to touch their breasts and suck on their nipples, just stuff that are generally considered safe. So, these are my main concerns...

1.) The 4 times I've been there, on 2 occasions I was given a full-body massage and on 2 other occasions a body-to-body massage, and during the 1st and 3rd encounters, I sucked on their nipples and they also rubbed my penis on their nipples, also during the 2nd and 4th encounters, they rubbed their hands up and down my butt crack, touching the entrance of my anus. Am I at risk of any form of STI's such as genital warts, herpes, syphilis, etc.? I never touched their vagina nor do I engage in deep-kissing (but I did peck lips during my 1st encounter), but my concern is that any one of them MIGHT have chancre on their hands as they were rubbing over my penis and urethra and anus on 2 occasions. Will that put me at risk more genital warts, herpes, or especially syphilis? In addition, I also sucked on their nipples on 2 occasions and licked their armpit on 1 occasion but didn't notice any visible sores.

2.) Another concern I have is if they might have some cuts on their fingers/hands and breasts/nipples. Now, I know HIV is a weak virus which "dies" as soon as it's exposed to air and I am aware it takes deep, fresh cuts (which needs immediate medical attention) which are actively gushing blood to transmit HIV but I'm still concerned. I'm not saying they did have cuts, as I didn't notice any cut on all their breasts/nipples (then again, the rooms were dimly lit), on their armpits (I licked the masseur's armpit during the 1st encounter), but I didn't check their hands (though I did for the 4th encounter and her hands did appear clean). Again, I was sucking on their nipples and they were rubbing over my penis/urethra and anus, so is there any possible risk?

Sorry if I seem paranoid, most probably over nothing, but I'm still concerned and if I should get myself checked about 3 months after the last trip to the massage parlor and believe me, it WILL be my last time going to a massage parlor as I'm regretting it now. Thanks for your time.

Only unprotected vaginal and anal intercourse are risks for HIV and nothing you did was penetrative so not a risk. HIV is inactivated in air and saliva so you had zero risk.
