ARS rash

I know it has been asked before. But I am worried so asking again. I had muscle pain from week 3 and from week 4or5 I started having rash on my face. It is now week 10th but the rash is still there. The muscle ache went off by week 9. Can this be related to ARS?

I did a duo test at 4 weeks and doc said there is risk

There was blood on the condom and i fear it could have touched my penis when I took off the condom
