HIV possible in this scenario?

I just wanted to ask this question because I cant seem to find the answer in the forums.  I think Im worrying about this too much.  I had condom protected sex with CSW three weeks ago, condom didnt break.  After reading the forums, I was reassured that I didnt have an HIV concern.  However, I read from one of the Drs. forums, that if you contract HSV2, your risks of getting HIV increase.  I searched the forums, and couldnt find anything conclusive.  My question is, is condom protected sex (as long as the condom doesnt break and is used for all penetration) 100% effective against HIV regardless of any possible HSV2 infection from that same encounter? Is HIV testing warranted then?  I imagine the answer is no risk and no test.... but since I found that conflicting information, I just thought I'd ask.

I thank you for your time.

You did not read what the Dr's said correctly. You had no risk for HIV.
