HIV test - 4weeks - is it reliable

Hi, I have tested HIV negative after 4 weeks of post exposure. My question: Is 4 weeks negative HIV test reliable enough to conclude that you are HIV negative? What is the percentage? Second question: If you had developed the symptoms 2 weeks after post exposure, wouldn't this be reflected somehow in the 4weeks testing results.  thx for your answers.

4 weeks is not enough ., test at 6 weeks for a good indication of your status a negative at 6 weeks is unlikely to change when you do the conclusive test at 12 weeks ...
