reliability of an antibody test

its been 3 months since my last exposure with a girl that i dated for several weeks ( her HIV statue is unknown ) she seem to hold her pants on and not sleeping around, refering to her she had 3 relationships experiences,
we had sex 3 times i think, First week of may, n last one was on 16th of may( i did anal with her on second time, and i used condom last time)

so i did a test on 3rd of august with ICMA antibody test and was negative ( which is 12 weeks after last exposure)
i had no symptoms or anything that i can be worry of

so my question is if she was negative and im negative do i still be in risk of an HIV infection?
second question is how accurate the antibody test that i had from Labcorp...and is 12weeks enough to have a conclusive result no further tests? or should i retest later on ?

You were already told more than once that a 12 week negative test result is fully conclusive--move on please.
